I am an occasional editor on Wikipedia, but for the time being mostly a reader. Perhaps I'll become more involved in editing when I have more time. I'm interested in a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to: History of Oregon and the westward expansion in the United States, Germany, linguistics, the German, Russian, French and Georgian languages, Western (European tradition) classical music (especially in the 20th century), and botany.
