The 2024 United States Senate election in New Hampshire was held on November 5, 2024, to elect a member of the United States Senate to represent the State of New Hampshire. Incumbent Democratic Senator Molly Kelly defeated Charlie Lovelace of the Freedom Party in an unusually competitive race, with Libertarian/Republican Tom Woods in distant third.

Molly Kelly was initially predicted to win by a wide margin after Don Bolduc entered the race as a Republican. However, after poor polling, Bolduc dropped out and was replaced swiftly by Libertarian Tom Woods. Lovelace entered the race in October 2023 and was seen as an underdog, polling as low as 10% when he first entered. However, after a successful grassroots campaign, Lovelace gained momentum. The revelation of Tom Woods' status as founding member of the white supremacist organization League of the South and his radical, oftentimes controversial views on the role of government and the Civil War led to a massive drop in polls.

The January 2024 poll showed Kelly at 40%, Lovelace at 27%, and Woods at 18%. Over the course of the cycle, Lovelace gained momentum, and was pretty soon shown as 42-37 against Kelly. With the H5N1 pandemic and the ensuing recession, Lovelace's message of a fiscally sound America, complete with what he called the 'Straight Deal' and a federally-funded subway system connecting Concord and Boston, caused the race to be extremely competitive.

On November 5, 2024, Kelly was projected to defeat Lovelace, receiving 50.9% of the vote compared to Lovelace's 42.4% and Woods' 6.7%. Lovelace received the highest amount of the popular vote by any third-party candidate in New Hampshire. Woods' 6.7% was the lowest percentage of the vote received by any Republican candidate in New Hampshire, with many citing the Freedom Party as the new opposition party. On the same day as the results were called, Lovelace conceded and congratulated Kelly. Famously, Republican D.W. Foster, party leader from North Carolina, declared, "We got a good result," after hearing the election results.
