To address administrator conduct issues, the arbitration committee has entertained the idea of a suspended remedy. Essentially, rather than an immediate desysop, the administrator is placed on probation. Perhaps this solution is better as a community sanction prior to arbitration, rather than as an outcome of arbitration. To that end, this essay develops a proposal for a community based process to censure administrators prior to arbitration and expedite the desysop process in cases where censure is ineffective.
