Chavadi Arunachalam Pillai ( ) , was an Indian freedom fighter and martyr who hailed from Shenkottai, TamilNadu. He was the father-in-law of the famous mathematician Subbayya Sivasankaranarayana Pillai,aslo known as S.S.Pillai.
Freedom Struggle He was a staunch freedom fighter from South India who was with Vanchinathan when British Collector Ashe was shot at the Maniyachi train station. Soon after he underwent a lot of struggle owing to the fact he was a freedom fighter.
