Terrance A. Riley (1950-2006) was an American Soldier serving throughout the Middle East with the United States Air Force[1], first during the Gulf War with the Tactical Air Command[2] and again in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the Air Combat Command[3]. He was buried with Honors at the Natchez National Cemetery[4] in Natchez, Mississippi[5].
