My name is Toby. I became a police officer in December of 1995 for a small town in southern Colorado. I did what cops do and really enjoyed my job at times. I'm gonna skip to September 28, 2001 to the day that would change mine and my families lives forever. I am gonna keep it short. I heard that a Sheriffs Deputy has been brutally murdered. Twin brothers were in the Deputies car and managed to get the guns that were not found on their person out of their pants. They shot the Deputy numerous times all over his body killing him. Then they fled to my town where they were staying in a trailer. I knew this so I did drive by their address just to verify the exact space. I was then gonna just watch for them possibly to come home and hide. Well they beat me there and was waiting outside behind the neighbors truck. As I drove by I heard, "POP,POP,POPPOPPOP! I then drove out of the trailer park and hit a tree going really fast as I was in shock at that point. I was shot a total of 4 times with an AK-47. Twice in my back leaving me a paraplegic for life. The twins were caught two days later and are now serving a life sentence with 896 years added and no possibility of parole so is said. As you can imagine there is a whole bunch more but that is the short and sweet part.

      As for me I am now a Chaplain for my Police Department.  I am married and have been for 30 years.  I have 4 kids with 11 grandkids and my life is AWESOME!!!!!  I thank God for allowing this tragic event to happen.  Since then I have given my life to Jesus Christ and made him my King and Lord of all.  
      We are now getting to the end of days and people need to really examine themselves so they won't be left behind in the end when Jesus comes to Rapture the Church out of here.
