Hey Whiteandnerdy111, I'm glad to be coaching you. I recommend you watchlist this page for updates from me, I'll do the same. Anyway, to get started with your coaching, I recommend you visit the Community portal daily. Oh yeah, could you tell me what subjects you are interesting in? Then you can expand some articles related to that subject, and I'll show you how to get it onto the "Did you know" section of the main page!--Phoenix-wiki 18:25, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

Hey. I have watchlisted this page (Jan 8, 6:30am). I tend to edit more High School Musical (member of the High School Musical Wikiproject) articles. I also like Kanye West and Computers. Is that enough? -- Whiteandnerdy111 (talk) 19:32, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Ah, good, you should create or expand an article related to those and place it on Template:Did you know/Next update (That's a pretty self explainatory page). RFA regulars love candidates who have some DYKs, GAs and FAs, and DYKs are the easiest to get, so we'll start there. ;-) I'd like you to get a DYK, to boost your chance of success in an RFA sometime in the future (and because it's just cool to get stuff on the main page!). I'm currently an arbcom clerk helper and depending on how the discussion turns out we'll have to compile a list of sanctions and editing restrictions that have been handed out over the years, and though I know you've had some bad experiences over there, this could be a great chance to make up for that so I'll alert you if we have to compile the lists.--Phoenix-wiki 20:09, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Done, nom'd new Sydney Harbor New Years Eve Fireworks. -- Whiteandnerdy111 (talk) 21:01, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Wow, fast.--Phoenix-wiki 21:04, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Well, I'll only be giving you assignments from time to time. In the mean time, I'll be posting general tips and pointers here. Anyway, to move on with the coaching, I'd like you to start closing deletion debates on a regular basis, maybe one or two a day. That can help a lot in RFAs. Obviously a non-admin can only close them as keep so have a look at WP:DPR for instructions on closing. You should keep working on articles too, a lot of candidates have failed from just not having enough mainspace edits, and the mainspace is what wikipedia is about anyway. Oh yeah, and when commenting on XFDs or RFAs try to make long, well reasoned comments. RFA people love candidates who do that. (Btw, I watchlist this page and intend to visit it daily, so no need to notify on my talk page :-))--Phoenix-wiki 20:37, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

Please see the message on my talk page -- Whiteandnerdy111 (talk) 05:59, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Oh, well, that's come as a bit of a surprise and I'm sad to see you go. If you really want to edit wikipedia, just sit out the ban and come back when it's done, even if that is a year's time, sockpuppets will just be found out, as proved here by Daniel.--Phoenix-wiki 20:44, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
