There are many different communities in London which come from all around the world. There were 366,769 British Arabs in the 1st and 2nd generations.Large numbers of Bangladeshis immigrated to the UK , primarily from sylhet , located in the north east of the country mainly during the 1970.Also there are 16,001 Bangladeshi in Red Bridge.There are lots of Indians in Barnet.

Transport To London by Underground

There are lots of different transport to get to London car, bus, train, and even a taxi. The Underground take along of time to get to the London .The underground would kind of take 13 stops and go on a another train and take 6 stops on a another train.

Going in a car to London

It would not take along time to go to London in a car because you don`t need to stop for people .It would take 1 hour time and it go fast It is the fastest vehicle to go to London . That is cool.

The London Underground (known as the Tube) started being built in 1863.It carries millions of people around London everyday and has 270 stations.If you prefer traveling above ground,there are over 700 bus routes to choose from.Or like thousands of Londoners hop on a bike!(The River Thames are also a fun transport.)

For real the bell is called Big Ben .

The shard

The Shard is a tower that is 306 flights of stairs.

It is the 59th tallest tower in the world .

Each seconds on the lift it goes 6 meters up.

The shard was built in 2015.

The Gherkin

The Gherkin in the square mile got it`s name because of it`s shape.

It was designed by Norman Foster and measures 180 meters

(500 feet) tall.The Gherkin`s real name is 30 St Mary Axe .

Facts

The shard is the tallest tower in the European Union at 310 meters 1106 feet high.

The Gherkin has only one piece of carved glass in the whole building -the lens right

at the top.
