ITWorx is a Microsot gold certified partner and CMMI level 3 certified In 2008, 79% of ITWorx was acquired by EuroMena Fund, Venture Capital Bank, and Proparco. When also it reached more than 800 employees.

Now ITWorx is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt with offices in US, Europe and middle east
