Gregg Valentino is an American bodybuilder. He achieved notoriety by the size of his biceps over 28 inches, and used to hold the Guinness World Record for the world's biggest biceps. He was the subject of an ESPN biopic focusing on his steroid abuse. He does not hold the record as his biceps exploded and had used steriods. He was the subject of the 2005 documentary, "The Man Who's Arms Exploded."
