Ways to improve current article:
- Implementation section is severely lacking substance. This section needs a lot more information and citations regarding the process and product of implementation.
- Add a section that analyzes data before and after the program was initiated to test effectiveness.
- Perhaps contrasting the strategy to other cities' policing tactics.
- Strengthen and expand the section about the updates made to the strategy in 2013.
- Combine the "Community Involvement" section and the "Beat Meeting Attendance" section.
- Add more citations throughout, particularly the beginning/background section
