Hello! I'm WalnutGiraffe, a graduate of the College of William & Mary and current resident of Washington, DC. I'm just getting started on Wikipedia, but I hope to contribute to articles about southern Austria, where I lived for the past few years, and to add pictures from the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area.

Things I'm Rather Fond of:

Denglisch, the BBC, Ćevapi (there's not nearly enough of this in the DC area), and the Knit Graffiti that's recently shown up in Dupont Circle. Excellent.
