Where it came from: Somewhere deep in a crater on the moon a very ugly, buck toothed being emerged. Vooshe is a similar version to the pronounciation of this particular thing's last name.

Why it's here: The being travelled the length of all the glass coke bottles in the world to Earth for one main diabolical reason, to build the world's largest rubber band ball and drop it off a twenty one story building.

What it really is: The few that have been terrified by this sight have dubbed it 'the world's tallest dwarf' and then pulled it's hair followed by the most typical action, running in the other direction.

The twist: Young children seem to be facisinated by this thing. They have been known to stare, kick, pull hair and scratch this being.

Where you can find it: If it's raining then the most common place it will be is in a garbage bin of some sort, if not then you may want to check under a park bench.
