Kilo Pixel Swath (kps) A measurement used in and a core principal of Pixelgramerty. (kps) Represents the number of pixels in the swath. 1 KPS = one thousand pixels swath. The concept of "kps" was introduced by the President and CEO Armando Guevara of Visual Intelligence on September 22 2010 at the XVII ESRI Latin America User Conference.
