Shaktopaya

- after successfully awakening jivatman, live centered in the heart

- actions are pure and real; there is no effort; everything is spontaneously expressing happiness
- on any of the energies of the soul, expand your consciousness until reaching the non-duality
- development of spiritual intuition (baudha jñāna) through study
- read the sacred texts in a state of transfiguration
- meditate with deep absorption on the meaning of spiritual concepts, using your intuition
- bhavana
- in meditation, identify with Śiva
- take as subject the force centers, the ten Mahā Vidyas, empty space (akasha)

Shambavopaya
[edit]- nirvikalpa samādhi; break into the state of spiritual illumination; turya; non-duality
- once profoundly experienced, this state will be yours forever; recognize it when it comes and remember it
- initially, re-finding it will be like a small mental gesture, a knack, something very personal and inexprimable; in time you will learn to leap directly into the non-dual light
- stabilize this state in 7 years of intense non-dual submersion; it is not the end once you had the revelation of your supreme self; the true spiritual path starts only now; you will be able to understand all the sacred texts and apply any technique with great success, but beware not to forget this realization, not to succumb to temptations and be led astray
- all is consciousness - realizing the nature of oneself and the exterior reality as non-dual consciousness, light
- absorption of the 4 wheels of Śakti into turya
- Bhucari - external reality
- Dikcari - jñānendriyas(senses) and karmendriyas(organs of action)
- Gochari - manas, ahaṃkara and buddhi
- Kechari - consciousness
- absorption of the 4 wheels of Śakti into turya
- meditate on Śiva Tattva as pervading the universe
- meditate on the universe as having the nature of consciousness
- bhairavī mudrā - with open eyes, remain centered inside the Self
- krama mudrā - balance attention from interior (the point of reflection of Ātman inside the body) to exterior and back; a state of ecstasy ensues
- submerged in the non-dual light of the Self, abandon your will; a state of bliss will erupt in the previously pacified state of non-duality; let bliss charge every cell in your body; you will feel like burning in cit-ananda
- super intense, non-dual devotion (bhakti); objectless love
- sat-tarka, reflection of the non-dual reality in one's mind, as correct reasoning
- dissolution of particular spanda (viśeṣa spanda) into cosmic spanda (sāmānya spanda)
- dissolution of the deep imprints (vāsanā) of the causal body by the fire of non-dual consciousness (turya)
- the painful and limitative experience of vāsanā is transmuted into a divine state of ecstasy which is no longer limited or personal
- recognition/pratyabhijña
- sacrifice your body, mind and soul into the non-dual light of the Self; every moment, every thought, every sensation to be devoid of duality and recognized as non-dual luminous consciousness
Anupaya

- simply reading a spiritual precept, suddenly the divine grace descends and one has the spiritual reailzation

All levels
