Currently in a state of reduced productivity until Internet access improves - I can read the Wiki, but can't post updates consistently. Blame Google WiFi.
Physicist by training, engineer by profession, my current focus is to look at technical articles with which I am familiar and make them more accessible to the average reader (read: wikilinking and occasional rewrites of individual paragraphs for spelling/grammar/consistency's sake).
Sometimes I edit things for grammar and spelling. I used to do this more frequency until aforementioned Internet access difficulties.
I also spend a depressingly large amount of time reverting vandalism/POV fancruft to a number of different gaming articles.
Recently I have been editing a number of optics and astrophysics articles (anonymously) and making them more accessible. I've also been gradually updating the List of Stanford University people to reflect graduation dates/degrees.
One of these days I'm going to turn as many of the bulleted lists as makes sense (particularly Trivia and New to the series) into actual prose...
Rewrite character bios, species descriptions as out-of-universe. Failing that, at least writing summaries of character appearance between games, in out-of-universe style.
Roughnecks needs some real cleanup. And summaries.
Cubesats. If I'm going to be working on them, I probably know enough to add more information about them.
Area 88 - this page has improved a lot, but it could still be better.
I trend towards wikignome behavior (no major articles written or rewritten yet), but there are still some formatting accomplishments which I thought were rather useful:
List of Mortal Kombat characters - I reformatted it from a ginormous list to the current tabular form that's much much easier to read and edit (see before and after) - yes, I was responsible for the travesty the latter edit replaced, but I think I deserve some credit for making it pretty =O).
List of Stanford University people - article was getting way too unwieldy without additional subcategorization, which I added. Before and after. Currently in the process of updating graduation dates/degrees for alumni (via their Wiki articles), one subsubsection at a time.
