Not every fact is referenced with an appropriate cite. It is located in the Rule and Independence category, he claims how many of the locals felt during the acceptance of Athens being the capitol. It was not noted as being biased. However, in the Mythology category there was a notes biased statement when Amphiarus commanded the Seven Against Thebes.
Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added? There can definitely be more information about the ruling and the government. The list of monuments has brief information of each work, but with an added hyperlink to a related article would make the wikipedia page be more substantial.
