Hi, I'm glad you also think this should be dealt with. What bugs me even more than the material he is adding (which I think has no place in either the Heifetz or Oistrakh article), is that he is making no attempt to defend it, no attempt to communicate with anyone who has voiced problems with it, and even has repeatedly deleted our discussion page and edits. Obviously even he thinks his actions are indefensible, otherwise he would talk. He has proven that this issue can't be resolved through discussion, so rather than treat it as a dispute, I believe it falls under the following categories:

Talk page vandalism: "Removing the comments of other users from talk pages other than your own, aside from removing internal spam, vandalism, etc. is generally considered vandalism. Removing personal attacks is often considered legitimate, and it is considered acceptable to archive an overly long talk page by creating an archive page and moving the text from the main talk page there. The above rules do not apply to a user's own talk page, where this policy does not itself prohibit the removal and archival of comments at the user's discretion. I will be away mostly for the next month, but hopefully this helps, and I hope to contribute to any process which will have the Oistrakh and Heifetz articles properly restored.

Hi, sorry, this is the only way wikipedia would allow me to contact you. It appears that the same user has gone and vandalized both the Oistrakh and Heifetz pages again with this "political controversy" nonsense. As a really new/inexperienced user to wikipedia, I'm not sure how to deal with this. Perhaps you know how to deal with this appropriately? The user is 67.101.196.59

Also, for some reason, typing in "Oistrakh" in search no longer returns any matches. I'm guessing 67.101.196.59 is behind this as well.
