Victoria Vdovychenko
I've got MSc and PhD in Foreign Policy and World History, Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine.
Currently, Victoria is an Associate Professor and Researcher. I'm is working on the challenges of the European Union, Euro-Atlantic integration, hybrid warfare, strategic communication collaborating with such educational institutions as Kyiv Borys Grinchenko University as well as with “European Pravda” and “Ukrainian Interest” journals.
I'm in love with Italy and therefore became one of the key experts on Italy’s foreign policy in Ukraine and Political Advisor for Center for Civilians in Conflict (2018-2019) working on the project “Building capacity for protection of civilians in Eastern Ukraine”. I'm in love with transformations for public administration in Ukraine and became one of the team members for Professional Governmental Association (PGA) which aims to enhance Ukraine’s governance system by providing advisory support to the governmental institutions.
