“Victor Foxtrot” is Andre’ Mjoan, a poet, writer, playwright, artist, historian, overall theatre guru and model maker who currently lives in Manteo, North Carolina, USA.
Brief biography
[edit]Andre’ was born in 1974 just outside of Lyon, France and grew up mostly in the south of England. To date, Andre' has completed three books of poetry and is trying to find time to write another. Most of his childhood and early life still remains highly classified.
