VertrigoServ
Overview
[edit]Created by Dariusz Handzlik VertrigoServ[1] is an all-in-one webserver, with over 800 downloads per day[2] this applications has become a widely used software bundle for the Microsoft Windows operating system. It is a professional, easy to install package consisting of Apache HTTP Server, PHP (reflective programming language), MySQL (multi threaded, multi-user, SQL Database Management System), SQLite (ACID-compliant relational database management system), SQLite Manager (multilingual web based tool to manage SQLite databases), phpMyAdmin (tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL) and Zend Technologies Optimizer (which increases runtime performance up to 40%) .
With an all-in-one installer, all components are installed in a single directory and can be used immediately after the installation process has completed. An uninstaller allows you to remove the VertrigoServ from hard disc. It is designed to be as small and flexible as possible and is therefore suitable for Internet distribution. VertrigoServ is excellent both for beginners and for advanced users.
With this program installed, users develop, test, and publish PHP web applications and websites. One can also take advantage of the included Smarty application, which is a template system for PHP script. Smarty facilitates the separation of presentation (HTML/CSS) from application logic. This implies that PHP code is application logic, and is separated from the presentation[3]. Using these strategies a developer can save on hosting fees by hosting the website on their own server, or they can use it to test modifications of a website locally, before it goes live.

Requested move
[edit]- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: speedy close. Firstly this request should be on the talk page not here. Secondly, and more importantly according to the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves#Processes beyond the scope of this page a requested move is not the appropriate way to move a page from user space. Instead {{subst:AFC submission/submit}} should be added to the top of the article. I'd advice against doing so as this article appears to be too spammy for inclusion.
