Raphael Obonyo
[edit]Raphael Obonyo was a Kenyan writer. He was a Public Policy Analyst, A well known published author and a multi award winning advocate[1] at the national, regional and international levels for inclusive developments. He served as and advisor and expert with the United Nations, the World Bank, Commonwealth secretariat.[2]
Early Life and Education
[edit]Raphael Obonyo was born in Korogocho, the third-largest slum in the capital, Nairobi, where people live in grinding poverty.[3][4]
