The Vietnam National Men's Multi-day Bicycle Stage Race for Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup (Vietnamese: Cuộc đua xe đạp toàn quốc tranh Cúp truyền hình Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh), or simply known as the HTV Cup,[1] is a road bicycle racing stage race held annually in Vietnam. It was first run in 1989 and since 1991 has been part of the national competition system. Jointly organized by Ho Chi Minh City Television and Sports Authority of Vietnam, the race is held every April to celebrate the national reunification and other major holidays.

The most successful rider is Trương Quốc Thắng, with four victories.[2]
