V K Chilana (Vipin K Chilana) is working as Group Head and Professor Psychometrics and HR with Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai, India since 1987. He worked with NCERT and NIPCCD before joing IBPS. He is also Visiting Professor with many Business Schools and teaches HR, Quantitative Techniques, Personnel Assessment, OB, Psychometrics and Research Methodology. He is a PhD Guide in Management at IBPS centre recognised by JDBIMS, SNDT University.
