Vasantha-Srinivasan Prabhakaran is an active researcher working in the broad field of research in Entomology. He completed his doctoral degree in Manonmaian Sundranar university during the year of 2017. Further, he did his postdoctoral research in Pusan National University, south Korea. With his research outcome he has published several research articles in highly reputed international journals. His research mainly focus on developing plant based pesticides in the form of crude extracts, essential oils or secondary metabolites derived from plant sources. Moreover, he is handling 2 major research government projects releated with green derived extracts against medically challenging pests and agriculture important pests and diseases.
