I am a writer, naturalist, and photographer residing in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I have a Bachelor of Science from University of Guelph (1987), with a major in Wildlife Biology and minor in Ecology. I also have a diploma in Journalism from Conestoga College (1988). With experience as a magazine writer, newspaper reporter and media relations writer, I like copy editing and have a good eye for minor edits. I worked for five years as a pipe organ builder. I also write poetry and fiction. Some of my other interests include cooking, gardening, natural history, Classical music, hand spinning, and knitting.
