1963 Norwegian Second Division was the second-tier football league in Norway. The league was contested by 16 teams in two departments, with 8 teams in each group.
Promotion and relegation
[edit]The winners from each departments, Sandefjord from group A and Raufoss from group B, was promoted to the 1964 Norwegian First Division.
The two worst placed teams from each department, Larvik Turn and Os from group A and Aalesund from Lisleby group B was relegated to the Third Division after the season.
