Vaijinath nidodkar is asuccessful organic progessive farmer and helped several other farmer who are interested in farming, initially when they purchase field its like barren, then they did very hard work in that field to make it into fertilized field. They have got so many awards from horticulture colleges and officers. he is very compassionate and very helping nature farmer. this farmer grows 11 crops on 7 acres, their farm located in kamathana village bidar district and its complete irrigation base and they adopted new technology. they also keeps cows, buffaloes and sheep and also has a mini-poultry. His farm has small patches covered with fig, cashew, ginger, watermelon, lime, mosambi, drumstick, brinjal, coriander, mango and curry leaf, and he makes a good profit from each other. The art graduate, who also works in the zilla panchayat office as Assistant planning officer, constantly update his knowledge by reading magazines and books, meeting fellow progressive farmers and consulting farm scientiests. Two words explain his success: personal attention, says Praveen jholgikar, assistant professor, college of horticulture in Bidar. Resource persons from the college routinely visit Mr Vaijinath's farm to provide guidance and give solutions.
