What is a dream?
series of images, thoughts, and emotionss, often with a story-like quality, generated by mental activity during sleep; the state in which this occurs.
What do we dream?
Our brain takes pieces of memories and put them together into a dream.
Types of Dreams:
1. lucid dream: dream where one is aware that they are dreaming.
2. recurring dream: dream which is experienced repeatedly over a long period.
3. daydream: remembering past or future
4. nightmare: unpleasant dream or bad dream
5. progressive dream: These dreams continue over a period of nights
