With over 350 pages on my watchlist, I check wikipedia most days to browse any changes made to the pages I have contributed to. Whenever I have time I also contribute specifically to articles which relate to the media.

Current interests

I am trying to improve articles relating to the media, in particular the BBC. Looking at wikipedia I currently see relatively strong coverage of the main television news programmes, such as BBC News at Six, however in comparison with BBC Radio coverage relating to say Newshour on BBC World Service there are clear gaps. Whilst I will spend time maintaining and improving the 'better' articles, I devote most of my time to improving the lesser served areas.

As of May 2012 I am creating basic, often stub, articles on the programmes and presenters of the BBC World Service. With millions of listeners it astounds me that many of these topics have never made it to the encyclopedia. If you are in a position to, please expand some of these articles.
