Biography
[edit]Rasulov Abdulla Nuritdinovich was born on January 1, 1959 in the city of Namangan (UzSSR).
1985-1987 - Head of the Department of History of Namangan State Pedagogical Institute;
1990-1991. – A teacher of the Department of “General History” of Namangan State University;
1991-1992 - Head of the sector of the Executive Committee of Namangan region;
In 1992-2014, he worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, Head of Department, and the Vice-Rector for spiritual and moral affairs at Namangan State University;
2015-2018 - The Director of the Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Personnel of Namangan State University.
Currently, he works as a professor of the Department of “History” of Namangan State University.
Academic activity
[edit]In 1985, he graduated from Tashkent State University (now the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek).
In 1987-1990 , he studied at Kazan State University and defended his candidate dissertation in History on the topic “International support of the organizations and workers of the Party of Midvolga region to the people of Turkestan (1918-1924)”.
In 1994, he received the title of associate professor.
In 2005, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “History of the relations between the peoples of Turkestan, Volga and Ural regions (1917-1924)” at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2009, he received the scientific title of professor.

“Relations between the peoples of Turkestan, Volga and Ural regions” (Tashkent, 2005);
"Tolerance of the people of Turkestan" (by the example of the children evacuated from Russia in the early 20s of the XX century. Tashkent, 2021);
“Activity of the Commission for Assistance to the Hungry in Turkestan” (Co-authored. Fergana, 2012);
“Relations between the peoples of Turkestan and Russia” (As an example of mutual support and solidarity between the peoples of Turkestan and Bashkortostan in the early 20s of the XX century). (Tashkent, 2017);
Türkistan ve Idil-Ural xalklari arasibdaki ilişkiler (1917-1924) (Ankara, 2017);
"Tatars in the socio-political and cultural life of Turkestan" (Co-authored. Tashkent, 2019);
"Issue of Muslims in Turkestan" (Tashkent, 2024);
"Nontabaa Muslims in Russia" (Tashkent, 2024).
