Achilles Gross is an American junior high football player, airsoft enthusiast, middle school comedian, (often referred to as "class clown",) and avid gamer.

Early Life

Achilles Gross was born and raised in Cameron, Missouri, where he attended Parkview Elementary School. His early years were marked by the challenges of growing up in a home affected by alcoholism. By the age of eight, his family life became increasingly unstable, with frequent arguments and physical abuse stemming from his stepfather and mother’s drinking problems. Following the divorce of his parents, Gross and his brothers were split between their mom and dad. They lived in difficult conditions for months, sharing a home with rats and surviving on simple foods like tuna. This eventually made their mother quit drinking alcohol. Eventually, his mother saved enough to move to a better apartment, improving their situation both physically and mentally.

Junior High Football

At 13, Gross joined the junior high football team at Cameron Veterans Middle School, despite having never played a sport before. His inexperience showed in his first game, where he made a critical mistake by lining up 20 yards off the starting line. After this, he was reassigned to the B Team. However, this turned out to be a positive shift, as his teammates on the B Team embraced him and taught him the game. Over time, Gross not only improved his skills but also became a leader on the field, eventually scoring the team’s first touchdown of the season.

Personal Interests

Beyond football, Achilles developed a passion for airsoft and gaming, with particular dedication to titles such as Call of Duty and Destiny. He also enjoys trucks, ATVs, motorcycles, and splicing rope, a skill he learned from a grandfather figure named Gerald. These hobbies have continued to play a significant role in his life, shaping much of his identity outside of his athletic endeavors.
