To the members of the Arbitration Committee,

Due to a increasing non Wikipedia commitments and waning interest in functionary level responsibilities, I am unable to satisfactorily fulfill my duties as an Audit Subcommittee member.I therefor must resign that position. It is my recommendation that the alternate member (MBisanz) be assigned to the Audit Subcommittee if he is available. It is my further recommendation that the Arbitration Committee consider structural changes to the subcommittee to improve work efficiency and individual accountability to workload, such as having a single Auditor general with assigned deputies, or shorter terms for subcommittee members.

As per my previously declared policy, I am asking my access to all functionary level (Functionaries, oversight, checkuser) mailing lists be removed, as well as the associated permissions on my account. In addition, the related OTRS access as well.

I regret that I have not been able to help more when I was able, and I commend you all for your continuing hard work.
