Organizational History

  • In 2009, there was a concern on the different regions listed in this article. That is something that is unique to Spanish cuisine because none of the reference articles have this regional list. Therefore, I need to carefully consider how I want to reorganize these regions because there are certain people who are very passionate about it.
  • There have been changes as recent as the 9th of February, but the most drastic change was done in 2020 with the lead paragraph was changed by Asqueladd. They added ingredients to the lead paragraph, which was a good choice because many of the featured/good articles include these ingredients for their respective cuisines. They edited quite a bit for several months.
  • There is a Talk Page that is archived back in 2022 that was done because it was relatively old, but I also believe there was an argument on the main part of the article that was dealt with and archived.
  • The last Talk Page was a discussion on the use of "comida," which has come to a consensus.
  • The article was first created in 2001, but it began to pick up speed in 2004. It was more of an overview back when it was first created, which is what I'm almost hoping to recreate in a way with the edits I do.
  • I could not find any main editor as of recent, but there have been some recent edits from the same user, so I may reach out to them.

Organizational History

  • The last edit was done on the 6th of February by the user, The GoofyGoof.
  • This article was first created in 2005, and it contained minimal information on the game.
  • There have been significant edits since then as different versions have come out. I am particularly concerned with an edit done on 25 August 2023 that included a sentence that the game introduced an industry standard to other board games. I did a quick search on this, but I could only find a board game forum with the same information, and it didn't appear to be an appropriate source. I will definitely try to look more into it. Otherwise, I will make a note to include a citation to that bold statement.
  • The Talk Page in this article seems to be much calmer than the "Spanish cuisine." However, I will still tread carefully because I am considering changing the name of this article. The article's name has included "board game" for quite some time, but there have been different versions added to this article over time. Therefore, I find the title to be misleading, but I will make sure to discuss before making that change.
  • There doesn't appear to be any main editor in this article.
