Landscapes is a compilation album of the British progressive rock band Camel released 8. December 1991. It was a hastily produced followup promotional effort to Dust and Dreams, the band's first release of new material in over seven years (released about three months before Landscapes). During those years, the band had undergone a search for a new label and personnel changes.[2] The title and title track came from the band's 1981 Nude album. Critics questioned the album's song choices, suggesting it failed to bring in a new audience.[3] The tracks "Freefall and "Rain Dances"" had also been included on the band's previous compilation A Compact Compilation.[4]
