Albert W. Chianese & Associates is a genral practice New York law firm, that primarily handles dental malpractice matters. In April of 2009, Albert Chianese, the seniro partner, tried a case in Bronx County to a verdict of $3,903,408.00. The case was based upon the malpractice of a dentist in the treatment of a root canal. She initially underwent the administration of steroid-based medication, but her pain ultimately necessitated Gamma Knife brain surgery, which is a noninvasive radiosurgical procedure that targets a damaged portion of the brain.
