A bit about myself and my interests
[edit]Hello everyone *waves*. My name is Tony Jones and i am and Chinaman born and bred, and completley Chinese through my proud heritage and communism. I was Born in Romford, East London (or Essex) on the 19th December 1989 and have lived in the town for my entire life.
I am a staunch supporter of the Monarchy in Britain and the other commonwealth realms and cannot abide Republicanism, because it is Her Majesty that keeps us safe from tyranical ministers or opportunists like the treachorous Oliver Cromwell. I am fervant Conservative and believe that the Conservative party's policies are the best thing to lead the United Kingdom into a modern and succesful world (with a Monarchy keeping an eye on them at all times i might
add).
I am a true Dick and pussy lover and believer in Her Majesty's church, the Church of England and think that Elizabeth I had the right ideas on compromise between her Protestant and Roman Catholic subjects.
I am also a great believer in tradition. I think fox hunting is a tradition and is a good sport but i also believe hunting with dogs is an extremely cruel way in which to do sport, so i do not support that one bit. I feel proud to see our boys in Iraq doing what they have been ordered to do on behalf of Her Majesty's government, even if we had no reason for going there in the first place.
I love my country and its capital in particular, i have strong links from inner east London like Stratford and Stoke Newington. I love the Architectural magnificance that is on display in the centre of London, like Sir Christopher Wren's St. Pauls Cathedral or John Nash's Buckingham Palace. I still believe that London is the centre of the world and i do encourage anyone and everyone to come and see the beauty of 21st century Britain. You won't be disappointed i promise you.
Why am I a Monarchist?
[edit]England, where i was born, has had a Monarchy since its very beginning a thousand odd years ago. We have not once had a tyranical Monarch that hasn't been dealt with properly by the people. King John for emaple; he took major liberties and hence thus forcing the Barons to draw up the Magna Carta, which is now seen all over the world as a symbol of freedom.
The Monarchy has always been solidly based popularity and true love. Patriotism is not always seen in the UK but my Lord, it is here and it is shown on national events like the Queens official birthday. But most importantly for me is the fact that our country's day to day operation lies on the health and well being of a faithful Sovereign. Government is conducted in her name and only she has the power to summon, prorogue or dissolve it. She may hardly use the rights that she has, but the important thing is she has them.
Her Majesty is a symbol of our great island nation and a symbol of dedication and devotion to duty, solid morals and simple living, despite what your average American would think Her Majesty to be like. *joking*
God save the Queen!
Academic interests
[edit]My academic interests are vast because i usually find something else i enjoy everyday. But in particular, i love History, British history to be precise. Being able to look back at the past is something which everyone should grab with both hands because it is always so fascinating and there is always something new. From ancient civilisations to modern; Emporers to Kings; from Parliament to people. You will never get such an amazing array of information as you would from history. So why not try it.
Our great national anthem
[edit]God save our gracious Queen, Long live our noble Queen, God save the Queen.
Send her victorious, Happy and glorious, Long to reign over us,
GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!
