Todd B. D. Frary was born in Rockford, Illinois on 18 December 1962 and currently resides in Woodstock, Georgia. A graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida he had worked in banking for the former First Florida Bank (now part of Bank of America) and in telecommunications for the former MCI Telecommunications (now part of Verizon). Active in a number of genealogical and hereditary societies, he is presently serving as the President of the Georgia Huguenot Society and has served a number of state and national offices for a number of those societies.
