When I was a three year old child, my parents sent me for Sunday school to learn religious ideas. Such teaching in christian's sunday school and muslim's madrasas creates a very narrow view of the immensity of the universe. The main reason for the present day conflict among humanity is the result of such teaching in the early period of one's life, which will be an addiction by the individual till he dies. I have taken long years to shed such narrow beliefs of religion about the universe. So my suggestion is that instead of teaching religious bigotry in early years, children must be taught the physical laws of nature and the vastness of the universe so that they get rid of the idea that God is somebody sitting up above the cloud to punish them when they do not workship or praise him or God is there to receive them in his paradise when they die and putting the bad people in the hell fire to punish them eternally.Such fatalistic philosophy taught to the growing generation will be eradicated from their minds if they are taught the working principles of the sun, the speed of the earth through space, the reason for the changing seasons, the cosmic year of 225 million years, etc.The present day problem of division of humanity on the basis of narrow religious dogmas will come to an end when the next generation be taught the cosmological concept of creation instead of a 6-day creation propounded by christianity and islam. The altruistic philosophy based on the single entity of humanity can only be achieved when all kinds of religious division come to an end. The present day human society is enslaved itself in a small well like the proverbial frog.
I hope my idea to create a society where all human beings are considered alike is possible.
RELIGIOUS BIGOTRY

[edit]Last year a father killed his daughter in Canada because she was not keeping the traditional dress code of an Islamic culture. The sixteen year old girl's name is Aqsa Parvez and she was studying in one of the Toronto schools. The only mistake committed by the innocent girl is that she has not kept the family dress code. She must have defied the old traditional way of covering a girl from head to toe. Her father may be an ardent follower of Islam and his holiness must have been violated by the girl's appearance. He must have committed inward sin when he looked at his own daughter in western dress. What a father! The father must have from an Asian country had migrated to Canada for searching for a livelihood and his own native pious country and its traditional culture must have persecuted him many years ago. So, he might have took refuge in a western Satanic country. He must have become a rich and then his religious bigotry has come back in his mind forgetting all the past miseries and misdeeds of his mother country whose culture he has to keep it up at any cost even at the cost of his own daughter. The whole Islamic nation and other third world country will eulogise such a father who stands for high morality; but the real fact is that he is very jealous in his heart. If he did not like the western way of life he could have gone back to his mother country, taking his family and teenage age girl along with him. But he did not want to do that. He wanted to enjoy all the luxuries of western society and at the same time he wanted to hide his hypocracy in a facade of make belief piety. The action of this man is the result of his religious training when he was a child. Instead of teaching the immensity of the universe and its vastnass, he was taught of a small god and his small abode in a small place called church or mosque.
When this religious bigotry of humanity comes to an end in order to save the world from coming calamity!
Facts are bitter--bitter to the core
Some of the facts are bitter and create enemity from all quarters, but facts will be fact under any circumstance at any time. So here are the bitter pills to swallow for those who want to reject the reality and follow the shadows of illusion.
Nowadays, people and governments all over the world blame America for all the vices of the world. If there is melt down in share market, it is because of American sub-prime crisis. If there is war anywhere, the culprit is America. If there is famine in Africa it is because of America's exploitation of poor farmers. If there is people die in India out of starvation it is because imperialism and globalisation instituted by the USA. Communism and its economic policies have failed utterly because American CIA conspired against all socialist countries including India. Although India by name's sake is a democracy the ruling congress party wants a one party system following Russian socialism. Muslims have been killing each other from time immemorial but they are blaming America for all the killing and wars in the world. Iran attacked Iraq; they blamed America; Iraqi sadam annexed kuwait, but they blamed america; Lebanon was/is under civil war; the reason is American inteference. Russia attacked Afghanistan because of America. For every fault, America is the culprit where all others are pious and innocent.
But the real facts are just opposite of what I have stated above. A honest historian who is viewing the real cause and giving impartial judgement to the facts may come to a different conclusion. I am going to narrate some important incidents that have happened for the past half a century: 1. Vietnam and Combodia were under communist thrust and American withdrew from there abruptly. The whole world laughed at America; but the fact is that millions and millions of Combodians were butchered by their so called socialist leader like pol pot. The whole world kept mum saying that it was an internal matter of a country and let the toiling millions die in their dungeons but America gave ayslum to millions of vietnam and combodian refugees. Fact or Fiction. 2. Japan under imperial rule was a poor country, but after the second world war, America made a new constitution for Japan and Japanese people gladly accepted it; the result - now Japan is an industrial giant siding with americans although they put atom bombs on their two cities. 3. South Korea was attacked by the socialst comrades, but America defended South Korea and established a demoracy there. North Koreans are still under the tyrany of some lunatic leaders inherited their powers from their forefathers , but North Korea has become an Industrial giant. Fact or fiction. 4. America wanted to give democractic constitution to Cuba but the dictator and the world succeeded against the imperialism. America accepted millions of refugees from cuba and presently all the cubans want to immigrate to the usa including their leader castro. 5. Kuwait was annexed by Iraq and killed many Kuwaitis. The amir and his followers took refuge in the USA. Iraqi sadam plundered central bank of kuwait and set fire to all the oil wells of kuwait. Americans put out the fire and the well became operable again. The whole world watched with contempt. Sadam was defeated and kuwait was given back to Kuwaitis; here the villain is America, but for the whole world especially the Islamic nation Sadam is the hero; all the muslim world believed those days that Sadam would come on a white horse to liberate Jerusalem after defeating the great Satan USA. 6. When Indians were starving in 1960s, American wheat filled the bellies of Indians, but India always supported Russia and other parties opposed to American imperialsim. 7. America has accepted millions and millions of refugees who were persecuted in their own countries by their own leaders and ideologists, but America is the only country, yes, the only country in the world accepted refugess from all over the world irrespective of their religion or culture with open arms. Who appreciated Americans for this magnanimity except the writer of this article? 8. Three million Indians are presently living in America. They are earning more than the Americans. Although Indians are criticising American way of life, all the more than 1 billion Indians are willing to immigrate to America.No other countries accepted so much Indians than America.
Similar countless instances can be quoted, but the antogonist of America all over the world redicule me and stamp me as an American stooge for telling the facts. Let me conclude this article with a quotation from Shakespeare:
"The evil that men do live after them,
The good is oft interred with their bones;
So let it be with Caesar(America)"

To fight against all religions of the world is a losing batlte for a handful of intellectuals worldwide. Religion has beens
rooted in the heart of humanity from time immemorial and the existence of the entire society in ancient and modern times depend on religious bigtory and narrow mindedness. Although the root cause of all evils in society is religion, the elders are addicted to it from generation after generation. The whole history of humanity is considered to be the history of religion - wars have been fought, different cultures of different centuries were rooted out and established new religious culture, one religion followed another religion as in Middle East; all christians were converted to Islam in 7th and 8th centuries as all pagan religion during the Roman period was converted into christanity. Now the prominent two religion - christanity and islam competing each other to convert the whole world in their respective fold with their religious dogmas. Islam says christianity is all false; christ's sacrifice has no meaning, whereas christian priests and ministers shouting against the satanic encroachment of islam into the christian world. In future these two religions will fight each other and millions will be declared martrys by both. In christianity, the division is so acute that one church members hate another; since christ told killing is a sin, christians are not doing it, but islam is killing each other - sunny kills shia and other unbelievers. In almost all the islamic countries, numbering about 50 odd numbers, there is no peace; they are killing all the minoties residing in their midst; take the exampleof malaysia, philipies, nigeria, uganda, syrian, lebanon, iraq (recently a bishop is kidnapped in iraq'; who knows his destiny, must have been killed by the pious muslman to get a heaveny paradise where many virigins waiting for him - a jihadi dying for his religion - of course god is there in paradise personally welcome him) Such foolish ideas have filled the heart of all religious fanantics.
So, in my opinion, there is only one way to fight the religious bigotry and it should be a gradual process:
1. A universal new syllabus for education should be made under the auspices of UNO where a new forum must be instituted with Scientist and intellectuals who are not against religion, but slowly pointing out that all religions teach the same things of hatred and searching for a non-entity. 2. The first lesson in all schools must be a lesson on the immensity of the universe and our position in this plane earth. The earth is the only place to live peacefully with all the natural blessing. All the future generation must be taught the wonderful environment on this planet and there is no other planet as beautiful as the earth. 3. A set of teachers must be trained to teach the cosmological principles and physical law of nature. 4. At present UNO is encouraging all kinds of religion and its various superstitious doctrines. UNO must stop to encourage any kind of religious culture and they should only side with the scientific attitude of existing; no religious man should address any UN sessions. 5. The children must be taught that religious precepts and principles are merely based on unscientific principles and they are not to be believed. So, a direct attack of religion has no use since majority of humanity follow one or another religion; they are addicted to it from generation after generation. A radical shift in education can only eradicate religious dogmas from the mind of the growing generation. Let the present generation die in their superstition; at least the scientifist can mould a future generation without any religion.
Although my suggestion is somewhat a wishful thinking, it can be put into practice if more scientific facts are given to the growing generation.
