Timothy Mncube, the President of the newly formed party called the Zimbabwe African National Congress based in Zimbabwe. He was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and was raised in Elubangwe(Emaphapheni). He was raised by his grandmother and started school at Nyamande Primary School then to Lobengula Secondary school. After school he then went to stay in botswana, worked as a hard labour for some time. He then came to stay in South Africa, Johannesburg in the early 90's.

He then started working at wayside hotel for a few years then left to work for security companies up until the end of 1999. in the early 2000's, he decided to start his very first own business of cellphone repairs services. later on, he then started a family business of property development which is still running up until this day. From the year 2009, he got into clarity and community donations with a thought of giving back to the community.

By the year 2019, Mr Mncube and his colleagues looked upon the situation of the nation of Zimbabwe and therefore took upon themselves to help their fellow brothers and sisters which led to the birth of the ZIMBABWE AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS, which a fundamental goal of changing the country of Zimbabwe for the best.
