Visual Editor paste makes it easy

Click the "download raw data" link to get raw_data.csv file. Open it in freeware LibreOffice Calc. Delete the "Number of deaths" column if not eliminated already at the source page. Delete all the notes at the end. Also delete the lines above the header links.

Then select all and copy. Paste into a blank table in Visual Editor in a Wikipedia user sandbox. The table will show up in a few seconds. Clean it up as necessary.
