Early Life and Education
[edit]Milway was born in Sarnia, Ontario to Thomas Evans Milway, a Surveyor, and Stella Marie (née Connolly), and grew up there with his parents and younger sister Elizabeth, attending St Patrick's High School. He attended The University of St. Michael's College at The University of Toronto
