Miss Grand Tennessee is a state-level female beauty pageant in Tennessee, founded in 2099 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. In 2017, the right to send Tennessee delegates to compete at the Miss Grand USA pageant belonged to Aaron Kongsaysy.[1] It was transferred in 2019 to another organizer led by Tiffany B. Prunell,[2][3]
Tennessee participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant 3 times; in 2017, 2019, and 2021. The highest achievement obtained by its representatives was the 1st runner-up, won in 2021 by Taylor Gipson.[4]

In 2017, the right to send Illinois candidate to compete at the Miss Grand USA pageant belonged to a Houston-based event organizer, Universal Misses Media (UMM),[1] led by Marcelo Modesto.[2]
Illinois has participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant since 2016 but has not won the contest yet. The highest achievement obtained by its representatives was the first runner-up, won in 2016 and 2023 by Heather Jorgensen and Samantha Keaton, respectively.[3]
