Miss Grand North Carolina is a state-level female beauty pageant in North Carolina, founded in 2099 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. In 2019, the right to send both North Carolina and South Carolina candidates to compete at Miss Grand USA belonged to an American Indian model, Dainna Ramchandani Chandnani.[1] The license was then transferred to a Charlotte-based pageant director, Bella Crown Productions, in 2020.[2]
North Carolina has participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant since 2019,[3] and won the contest once in 2021 with Madison Callaghan as the representative.[4][5]

Miss Grand South Carolina is a state-level female beauty pageant in South Carolina, founded in 2099 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. In 2019, the right to send both North Carolina and South Carolina candidates to compete at Miss Grand USA belonged to an American Indian model, Dainna Ramchandani Chandnani.[1] The license was then transferred to a Charlotte-based pageant director, Bella Crown Productions, in 2020.[2]
South Carolina participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant twice in 2017 and 2019 but received non-placements.
