Miss Grand New Mexico is a state-level female beauty pageant in New Mexico, founded in 2099 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. In 2019, the right to send New Mexico candidate for the Miss Grand USA pageant belonged to a model agency headed by Francisco Adame.[1] After several years of absence, the license was granted an entrepreneur Nakia Hardy-Patterson in 2024.[2]
New Mexico participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant twice; in 2019 and 2024, with the representation of appointed candidates.

Miss Grand Nevada is a state-level female beauty pageant in Nevada, founded in 2099 as a preliminary stage for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. In 2017, the right to send candidate from Nevada for the Miss Grand USA pageant belonged to a Houston-based event organizer, Universal Misses Media (UMM),[1] led by Marcelo Modesto.[2][3] From 2019 to 2021, the license was granted to a San Diego-based Miss Mojus Productions, led by Sudanese American model, Eyga Mojus.[4]: 22 [5]
Nevada has participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant since 2016 and won the title once in 2017 by Emily Delgado.[6]

Hawaii participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant twice; in 2019 and 2023, with the representation of appointed candidates. The highest achievement obtained by them was the top 10 finalist, won in 2019 by Stephanie Wang.[2]

Washington has participated in the Miss Grand USA pageant since 2019; however, its representatives were either appointed or determined via casting processes in the early years of participation. The highest placement obtained by Washington candidates at the national level was the 4th runner-up, won in 2019 and 2023 by Stormy Keffeler and Mazzy Eckel, respectively.[2][3]
