Verve is the annual cultfest of Shah And Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College. It is a three-day long event held in March every year. College students from all over Mumbai participate in various cultural, literary and art events.

History

Verve was first held in March 2001 and has seen increasing participation over the years. Verve began as an intra-collegiate festival providing a channel via which students could show their cultural prowess. As Verve became more popular, inter-collegiate events like Nrityanjali, Harmonix and a glamorous Fashion Show were incorporated. Harmonix , a music competition , first took place in 2007 , is becoming more popular with more Bands participating. In 2010, bands like Workshop and Coshish headlined Harmonix.
