This user is not a sockpuppet. Instead, this is a legitimate account under the Wikipedia policy here, operated by Tarlby. I created this almost 2 years before my main account and I completely forgot about it. I guess I just have this now to experiment or something. Any comments should be posted on Tarlby's talk page.
