[edit]ARBOC Specialty Vehicles was founded in 2008 as ARBOC Mobility. They made their debut that same year with the Spirit of Mobility, a low-floor paratransit cutaway bus.[3] In 2011, ARBOC Mobility merged with All American Specialty Vehicles to form ARBOC Specialty Vehicles.[4] In December 2017, NFI Group, parent of New Flyer and Motor Coach Industries, announced its purchase of ARBOC Specialty Vehicles for US$95 million.[5][6]
