I see now that you're a new editor, so my comment above might have been a bit unclear. Scores of editors have been having the exact same problems for months that you're having with Ultramarine now. You might be dealing with a behavioral problem, not necessarily a content dispute. So you might want to get in touch with the editors who are not necessarily familiar with the subject (Russian Constituent Assembly) but familiar with the personality (Ultramarine). 172 | Talk 01:26, 2 October 2005 (UTC)
