Usage collapser was a script that makes it possible to collapse and uncollapse the following sections of a page:

1. On an edit page, the section that lists the templates transcluded on a page.
2. On a file page, the sections: "File links" and "Global file usage"

It was merged into MediaWiki Core in 2013 and is now available everywhere.
